Week 50 - A Sick Week...(Not the good sick)

IMPORTANT!!! My mailing address is now changed to the new Mission Office that's in Kiev, not L'viv, due to the combining of the L'viv and the Kiev Mission. Send a package of 1,000,000 dollars to see if the address works. Thanks!!!!

Welcome to my mom's super dope blog everybody. (I apologize for using the word dope all the time. My mom says that I sound more like a Blood than a missionary when I say it all the time, but I just can't hide my true colors I guess).

Hey Everyone.

This week flew by.

I got food poisoning and lost 10 pounds! Shortcut for anyone out there trying to lose weight quick! I can make a trip to the toilet from any angle in our apartment blindfolded at this point. My comps took some pics at my expense. Also, I didn't shave for 3 days, so there's a selfie to prove that I can grow facial hair. haha

Lyosha and Yaroslav got the Aaronic Priesthood on Sunday. I was able to give Lyosha the Priesthood! What an awesome first experience for me. I only had to do it once too! It was super hard, but easier in a way to give him the blessing. The Restoration of the Gospel is SOO important and relieving to me to know that we are using the SAME EXACT Priesthood Authority that Christ Himself gave to his Apostles. What a blessing it is to have that in our day and time.

No one showed up to our Mormon Helping Hands Activity of cleaning the river even though we've been planning it for 4 weeks :( so we went out to eat instead. It was super tasty and I did my stomach a great service of Georgian food. (not the American Georgia)

We made, I mean tried to make our own version of the bean bag Cornhole game. It was so ugly hhahahah. The bean bags were hand-sewn out of macaroni noodles and old jeans. They each exploded during game night except for one. Innovation at its finest!!!

I can't believe I'm gonna be 20 in a week.. I don't want to get old haha. I always want to be able to make excuses for my immature actions and I'm just NOT READY for responsibility. But I'm so excited to keep progressing with more and more Gospel knowledge each year. Life is so much less scary when you know the REAL reasons of where you are and why you're there. The Plan of Salvation is truly life-changing and life-saving!!

Have a great week!
